Shipping policy
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day as we understand the urgency of getting a machine up and running so that patients can receive their diagnosis. We will notify you as soon as the order has been shipped and provide you with an ETA and tracking number.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your location. Expedited and overnight shipping is subject to extra cost.
International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
1. Notification of Issues:
Buyers must notify the Seller in writing of any significant discrepancies or defects within 7 days of receiving the item. After this period, the item will be considered accepted, and returns will no longer be allowed.
2. Conditions for Returning Unused Items:
Unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery only with prior written approval from the Seller. Approved returns will:
Be credited full payment amount
Incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.
3. Unauthorized or Late Returns:
Items returned without authorization or beyond the 7 days return period will not be accepted. The Buyer will be held responsible for the full purchase price of such items.
4. Shipping Responsibility:
The Buyer is fully responsible for ensuring the safe return of items to the Seller’s designated facility. This responsibility applies even if the Seller provides a shipping label. For fragile or sensitive items, the buyer must confirm the correct shipping methods to prevent damage during transit.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the 90-day warranty period. The warranty is applicable from the date of purchase and extends exclusively to the original purchaser of the product.
What Is Covered
Manufacturing defects.
Material defects.
Issues that render the product non-functional under normal use.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse of the product.
Wear and tear from regular use.
Alterations or modifications made to the product after purchase.
Products exposed to conditions outside their specified operating range.
Incidental or consequential damages related to the use of the product.
Warranty Claims Process
To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired item to you.
Limitations of Liability
This warranty is provided as a guarantee of the product’s quality. Our liability is limited to the value of the defective product and does not extend to consequential damages or costs incurred by the purchaser.
Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to products sold “as is” or products explicitly marked as “non-refundable” or “no warranty”.
